I thought the program was excellent. I did get out of it that I need to try and listen better, and understand in a different format than what I am use too.  I’m just not sure that the way it was promoted, is for Emergency Responders and I think it could be beneficial to anybody. I don’t think you should attention it just to Emergency Responders. This is a great leadership tool which I would highly recommend to any supervisory level or greater.

Overview:

To prepare mid-level and senior supervisors and managers in the perquisite skills and attributes necessary to successfully plan, manage, and lead in both a major crisis situation and everyday decision making.

Methodology:

iRespond.com
The course includes experiential learning activities, interactive facilitation utilizing iRespond technology, and small group discussions.

Course Length and Location:

Four full days (8 hours including lunch). Regularly scheduled events also hosted at the ASFHS Center (see below). Contact us to schedule a custom teaching event for your organization.

Class Size and Cost:

With our individualized environment and personalized approach, a minimum of 40 and maximum of 75 participates will be allowed to enroll. Cost is $2995 per person for the 4-day program.

  • Recognize leadership power abuses, pitfalls, and how to overcome them
  • Realize the need for effective leadership when a leadership vacuum occurs
  • Understand and develop your own leadership action plan for the future
