The time we invested in the TALON Leadership Challenge was well worth it as it was excellent training!  I liked the interaction with the different participants and the unique way the course is taught.

It is not what you know, but more of what you don’t know that requires the most preparation.  The Talon Challenge made that point quite clear.

The TALON Leadership Challenge program focuses and directs me in well-defined steps on how to handle “crisis” situations.  These lessons will go beyond the defined outline and will be implemented in every aspect of my business.

The TALON Leadership Challenge is an excellent program.  It should be titled “Leadership for Dummies” as the unique approaches taught make this process seem easy to execute, especially with your great forms and tools.

Most companies do not have a contingency plan, or crisis management plan.  It would be good to help them develop that plan.  The TALON Leadership Challenge is a strong step in the right direction.

The role-play activities were useful for someone who never has been confronted by the media. The TALON Leadership Challenge - is a useful program all leaders whether military, non-profit or corporate could benefit from.

Crisis is always around the corner and it’s not always the other person who faces a crisis.  The TALON Leadership Challenge was a great program that all leaders should experience.

The Talon was great. It really helped me to understand critical thinking and how to analyze a situation, and think beyond just the surface level. It really helped open my eyes to think about the need for strategic planning and addressing a crisis before it becomes a crisis. This program will really benefit someone that’s thinking about what would need to take place should some sort of an interruption happen with their business.  So anything we could use everyday not just in a crisis is great and the Talon has tools we are able to take back and apply immediately.
