Through the TALON Leadership Challenge you have created another “systematic” process for leadership or even generic problem solving.  Systematic approaches usually ensure that most essential areas of a problem are dealt with effectively.

The TALON Leadership Challenge proved to be a very good introduction to crisis leadership, and a valuable tool for displaying a need for continuity planning and training.

The critical thinking aspect of the TALON Leadership Challenge – shows that it is a dynamic process. I believe that the critical thinking ‘team’ exercises are extremely helpful in understanding the concepts of the course.
